Job Description
A very busy very productive Orthodontic practice in Salem OR is currently searching for a full time Orthodontist to take over a retiring Orthodontist patient base. This practice has 9 open bay chairs and two consult rooms is fully digital with a CBCT and a digital Pan/Ceph and is 85%FFS and 15%PPO. The practice is currently doing close to 10 consults /exams a day and this opportunity offers a full benefits package that includes paid malpractice and a path to partnership. This practice is BUSY and a great opportunity to provide high quality care to a well established patient base!

- Is your practice digital Charts and XRays or just XRaysDigital charts and xrays

- What is the payor mix in your practice (Are you PPO FFS Medicaid DHMO) What percentage of each payor do you typically see For exampe: we see 50 PPO patients and 50 FFS...85 cash 15 PPO
- How many patients a day does your Orthodontist currently see How many total columns are they running and is there an Assistant for each columnup to 175 patients per day. 1 assistant per chair.
