Job Description

A very busy very productive Orthodontic practice in Salem OR is currently searching for a full time Orthodontist to take over a retiring Orthodontist patient base. This practice has 9 open bay chairs and two consult rooms is fully digital with a CBCT and a digital Pan/Ceph and is 85%FFS and 15%PPO. The practice is currently doing close to 10 consults /exams a day and this opportunity offers a full benefits package that includes paid malpractice and a path to partnership. This practice is BUSY and a great opportunity to provide high quality care to a well established patient base!


  • What is the address of your practice and how long has it been a dental practice434 Lancaster Srive NE Salem OR 97301
  • How many operatories do you have9 open bay chairs and 2 colsult rooms
  • Is your practice digital Charts and XRays or just XRaysDigital charts and xrays
  • What types of bells and whistles are in your practice (for example do you have a CBCT or lasers What brand of scope do you haveCBCT digital pano ceph
  • What is the payor mix in your practice (Are you PPO FFS Medicaid DHMO) What percentage of each payor do you typically see For exampe: we see 50 PPO patients and 50 FFS...85 cash 15 PPO
  • How many patients a day does your Orthodontist currently see How many total columns are they running and is there an Assistant for each columnup to 175 patients per day. 1 assistant per chair.
  • Do you offer a path to ownership / partnership and if so what does that path look likeYes we offer paths to partnership at both the location and top levels
  • How you compensate your Orthodontists Is it a daily rate plus a bonus for starts and if so what does that range look like If you pay a percentage after a period of a daily rate whats the percentagePer diem of $1500 $1800 per day bonus on same day starts
