Join Our Growing Team as a Recruiting Apprentice (PartTime Weekly Pay)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (based on your setup)

We specialize in hiring for industries like Early Childhood Education Automotive and more. What Youll Do:

Assist with job postings resume screening and initial candidate outreach

Schedule interviews and support with interview prep

Help maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database

Collaborate on recruitment campaigns and sourcing strategies

Learn the behindthescenes of agency recruiting from intake to offer
What Were Looking For:

Interest in HR talent acquisition or recruiting

Strong organizational and communication skills

Techsavvy and comfortable navigating emails spreadsheets and calendars
