An established and growing partner hospital in Tallahassee FL is looking for a dedicated fulltime Associate Veterinarian to join their dynamic team. This practice offers a wide range of services including modern diagnostic equipment like digital radiographs and a dedicated surgery suite. Located less than 2 miles from Florida State University the clinic offers a familyfriendly environment with flexible hours and is closed on weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of veterinary care
- Support the development of support staff through the clinics LevelUp clinical training program
- Build strong lasting relationships with clients and promote the humananimal bond
- Manage a wide variety of cases and prioritize patient care effectively
- Perform physical exams diagnostic tests surgeries and provide treatment plans
- Educate clients on animal health treatments and preventive care
Skills Knowledge and Expertise:
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMAaccredited veterinary school (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
- Active license in good standing to practice veterinary medicine in Florida (or the ability to obtain licensure)
- Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to highquality care
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
