Texas Health Physicians Groups Laboratory department is looking for a top skilled Medical Lab Scientist/Tech.Is that you
Work location:Texas Health Physicians Group 251 Westpark Way Suite 212 Euless TX 76040
Work hours:Full Time 40 Hour) Night Shift; Monday Friday from 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree in MT program or equivalent Science Required
*Job requirements posted as MLS This department will also consider MLT with an Associates Degree.*
Experience
1 Years Hospital Experience or Medical Laboratory Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
MT(ASCP) Medical Technologist 90 Days required or
MLS(ASCP) Medical Lab Scientist90 Days required or
Other AMT AAB HHS NCA HEW CLS CA FL NY state license Philippine Board of Technical Technology required upon hire or
What You Will Do
Follow established laboratory procedures for specimen handling processing and test analysis.
Adhere to laboratory quality control policies document all quality control activities and corrective action.
Adhere to all laboratory policies for established acceptability for proficiency testing corrective actions and resolution of deficiencies.
Communicates directly with clinicians regarding critical lab results and patient care.
Operates calibrates and conducts performance checks on laboratory equipment in accordance with lab policies and vendor requirements.
Demonstrates competency in all areas of the laboratory for which patient test reports are issued.
