Position Summary:

Were looking for a detailoriented creative and organized Influencer Coordinator to support the launch and of our growing influencer marketing program. This is a position designed for someone passionate about social media content creation and brand storytelling. Youll work closely with our Social Media Manager to help scout onboard and manage influencer partners across multiple campaigns while also learning the ins and outs of a dynamic brands digital presence.

This is parttime position 2025 hours per week) temporary position 4 months) with a possiblity of going permanent.

What Youll Do:

• Support onboarding of influencers and creators into our preferred platforms

• Coordinate daytoday campaign logistics including scouting influencer profiles managing approvals tracking posts and chasing deliverables

• Send influencer credits and manage fulfillment (e.g. gift cards product packages)

• Organize and update influencer lists and content tracking sheets

• Assist with campaign reporting and postmortem analysis

• Communicate professionally with influencers acting as a thoughtful and brandright point of contact

• Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams to align campaign needs and deliverables

• Provide administrative support and maintain project timelines to ensure seamless campaign

Joining Our Team

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in marketing communications PR or related fields

• High school diploma/GED

• Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field preferred

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring hospitality into all interactions with internal teams and external relationships

• Great attention to detail and a proactive organized approach to project management

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube); experience with content creation or video editing is a plus

• Interest in influencer marketing and enthusiasm for engaging with creator communities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications

• Fluency in English

• Experience with influencer platforms is a plus (Kale Later Influence etc. preferred
