Job Description
Are you passionate about leading highperforming teams and ensuring seamless practice operations Join us as a Practice Success Director and become a key driver of excellence in our patient and referral centered practice. We are looking for an organized strategic leader with the ability to align teams enhance operational efficiency and create an outstanding patient experience. As our Practice Success Director you will oversee daily operations foster team growth and implement systems that ensure success for the practice team and patients.
What Youll Do:
Build and Align Teams: Hire train and develop highperforming teams across all practice areas fostering alignment with the practices mission and goals.
Enhance Operational Excellence: Oversee systems processes and schedules to ensure daily operations run smoothly and meet performance goals..
Champion a PatientCentered Mission: Ensure every team member and process aligns with delivering exceptional patient care from initial contact to posttreatment followup.
Drive Success Through Indicators: Use growth and outcome indicators to set priorities measure progress and adapt strategies to support practice success.
Lead Collaborative Planning: Organize and lead daily weekly monthly and quarterly reviews to assess performance celebrate achievements and set actionable goals.
What You Bring:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to oversee complex operational systems and drive results.
Strategic planning and organizational abilities to manage highvalue activities effectively.
Strong communication skills for team development and stakeholder engagement.
A passion for fostering growth and collaboration within a patient and referralcentered practice.
Education/Experience:
Two years of college or equivalent work experience in a leadership role
Compensation and Benefits:
Wage: starting at $32 per hour DOE
90Day Review and wage assessment with potential of increase
3236 hour work week
Health Insurance Benefit at 30 days all other benefits eligible after 90day probation
40 hours Vacation (Accrued Annually) doubles at year 3 of service
5 paid sick days per year
5 paid holidays
