Are you someone who enjoys jumping between being a strategic collaborator an inquisitive doer and an inspiring connector Then we invite you to join our dynamic Enova Studios team as a User Experience Leader. Were looking for a driven User Experience Manager to lead a team of designers in crafting seamless usercentered digital experiences for Enovas consumer and small business financing brands.
As the UX Manager youll foster relationships with our product and engineering teams learn their processes and offer incremental recommendations for increased business impact based on your expertise and experience. Youll work with the business teams to gather and analyze user data to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement within the product and conversion funnels ensuring that design solutions meet both user and business needs.
In this leadership position together with the Head of Enova Studios you will be responsible for setting design standards across Enovas businesses. Internally youll mentor and develop your team in the areas of databacked experience design experience design best practices and their design specialties. You will review work provide constructive feedback and collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment across stages of the product development cycle.

Responsibilities:
- Champion design best practices and advocate for the end user within the organization
- Lead mentor and grow a highperforming centralized UX team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous learning
- Promote a datadriven approach to design utilizing analytics user testing and other tools to inform decisions
- Leading the UX team in generative AI tool adoption
- Collaborate with product managers engineers and stakeholders to define and execute a UX strategy that aligns with the overall product roadmap and business objectives
- Drive user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions that meet user needs and enhance the user journey
- Maintain design systems accessibility standards and be the liaison to our UXperts (UI guild)
- Manage multiple projects balancing shortterm needs with longterm goals and ensuring timely delivery
Requirements:
- 710 years of experience as a practitioner with a minimum of 5 years of people management experience in UX Design at a technology or ecommerce company with an emphasis on mobile web design
- Demonstrated success in generative AI tool adoption
- A Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction (HCI) Psychology or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience balancing user needs within highly regulated industries
- Strong collaboration with engineering on technical feasibility and frontend development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React) plus experience working in Agile environments and communicating technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
- Flexibility and adaptability to revise designs based on feedback from legal product marketing and other stakeholders
- Expertise in creating and maintaining wireframe systems user flows prototypes specifications navigation maps and user research findings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Enova Studios is a fullservice inhouse creative agency. We partner with our brands to concept and create the ideas big and small that accomplish our shared goal: selling our products and building our business. We work in small collaborative teams on internal projects for Enova as well as each of our 10 international brands. Our services include copy and content writing digital design user experience design frontend development and production.
Compensation:
The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $95000 to $138000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications skills experience and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All fulltime employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits described in more detail here.
