Senior Site Superintendent Commercial Construction
Location: FieldBased Virginia
Salary: $120 000$135 000 FullTime. Willing to pay more for the right fit

What Youll Do:
Lead daily jobsite operations
Manage subs schedules and safety
Work closely with PMs to stay on time and on budget
Mentor field staff and promote a strong safety culture
Handle reports RFIs inspections and closeouts
What You Bring:
5 years of commercial field leadership
Strong knowledge of site logistics drawings and OSHA
Microsoft Office and scheduling software experience
Valid drivers license and travel flexibility
