Job Description
Overview
Gene Messer Kiais part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive a leader in automotive are looking to add a qualified SERVICE DEPARTMENT ADMIN/JUNIOR SERVICE ADVISORto our team.

Responsibilities
- File and maintain repair orders according to respective manufacturers specifications
- Acts as backup to receptionist/cashier
- Warranty booking
- Provides clerical and administrative assistance to departments as needed
- Must be organized and able to multitask
- Greet and welcome service customers in a genuinely friendly and courteous manner
- Handle customer followup calls and letters to maintain customer satisfaction
- Delivery interoffice items to accounting corporate offices sales department parts department collision center
- Update the customers service history file according to the procedures specific to the departments service history system
- File repair orders as directed by service department management
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
- Automotive experience is a preferred.
- Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: Email Excel and Word.
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
- Selfstarter and selfmotivated.
- Ability to work well in a processdriven environment.
- Ability to work independently and be selfmotivated.
- Great attitude with highenergy personality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
