What youll be doing
The Senior Manager RCM Oversight and Controls is responsible for the effective implementation of the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) program for EAML and is the primary support for Control documentation and testing. This role supports the Director EAML RCM Controls & Deficiency Management through effective management and continuous enhancement of the RCM program with an emphasis on control management.

How youll succeed
Regulatory compliance management oversight Monitor to ensure that AML/ATF & Sanctions Regulatory developments are entered effectively by regions (timely and assessed using the RCM criteria); oversee Risk Group Topics (RGTs) globally; work with EAML functional teams and advisory to ensure CIRAs are considered against RGTs regulatory and controls added/amended where required; perform effective challenge on control documentation for BUs in region.
Internal control management Be the subject matter expert on Internal Control structure (types etc. and set the standard for documentation of Key Controls; maintain the EAML owned Controls globally; be responsible for the quality of documentation and working with GORM for any updates; manage the quarterly Control Attestations of Key Controls for EAML and support the CAMLO on other control attestations.
Management reporting Generate meaningful and timely reporting for Management on the control environment for EAML. Also provide input into review of the RCM policy and other documents as required.
Relationship management Build strong business relationships with stakeholders such as Regulatory Compliance and Global Operational Risk Management by leveraging effective communication and relationship management skills to make an impact.
Who you are
You have a working knowledge of Canadian AML/ATF & Sanctions laws and regulations including 3 years of experience in financial services preferably with a background in AML or Financial Crime.
You have experience managing a Regulatory Compliance Management Program. You understand internal controls including how to identify and document them appropriately.
