As an Industry Principal GenAI led Cloud Native Transformation you will engage with client stakeholders from CXO through senior leadership and business teams within a designated industry vertical (Life Science and Healthcare Financial Services Technology Telecom and Media Manufacturing and Logistics Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods) to provide transformation vision clarity strategic insights and innovation in practice. You will leverage your expertise in Generative AI Cloud Native Architectures and Cloud Operating Model to take our clients from idea to Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships from Csuite executives through senior leadership and client business teams. Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to articulate and deliver industry specific visionary and innovative thinking while uncovering business goals and Application Development technical scenarios and needs. Present strategic insights POCs demos and business cases that align with clients overarching goals representing a OneHCLTech GenAI solution. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear concise and actionable manner to nontechnical stakeholders. Clearly communicate business model tech model and the operating model incorporating offerings / portfolio developed using Product Centric IT and SaFE Agile ways of working in the GenAI era. Provide client transparency via real time interpretive dashboards and metrics that tell the story graphically .Thought Leadership & Strategy: Stay ahead of the latest advancements in Generative AI Cloud Native Application Development. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for continuous modernization. Represent HCLTech at industry events conferences and thought leadership forums. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with client partners presales teams engineers product managers and other HCLTech teams to ensure a OneHCLTech client message and way of working. Collaborate with Industry Vertical Sales and Delivery teams while staying current with industry trends within assigned :Experience: 1015 years experience in the cloud ecosystem e.g. as a consultant cloud practitioner working at a cloud provider or within a corporate Cloud Transformation role including experience with cloud transformation Strong client transformation driven mentality and the ability to challenge the norm and create cloudnative concepts within a designated industry. Proven experience driving strategic initiatives and leading client discussions with all client stakeholders Solid understanding of Generative AI technologies frameworks and their practical use cases for application development modernization and transformation Experience with building client transformation programs and partnerships through GenAI led cloudnative models. Experience building or working with largescale cloudnative applications. Deep understanding of modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Technical understanding of cloud application portfolios data business process and value chain understanding and client technical operating modelSkills: Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills Experience writing blogs and whitepapers and creating developerfocused content. Strong organizational skills Ability to track and maintain activity effective and accurate pipeline via cloudbased tools provided by HCLTech (JIRA/TEAMS) SaFE Agile for AI and Scrum Master CertificationEducation: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field. GenAI Certification Cloud Certifications (AWS Azure GCP CNCF)
