QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years commercial kitchen experience required
- WA Food Worker Card required within 14 days after hire
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Weekend availability required

As an Outdoor Patio Line Cook indulge in crafting highquality seasonal dishes that highlight the best of Pacific Northwest cuisine in a stunning outdoor setting.

- Prepare a wide range of ingredients focusing on meats seafood and vegetables using various cooking techniques
- Ensure each dish meets our highquality standards maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Physical Demands. These roles require frequent standing walking lifting (up to 50 pounds) and various movements such as crouching and reaching. Good communication vision and the ability to maintain focus are essential. Tasks vary but generally involve manual dexterity and the stamina to stand for long hours.
- Work Environment. Work settings range from indoor kitchens to outdoor patios depending on position with variable temperatures and noise levels. Employees may encounter the elements and cleaning chemicals with safety measures in place. Flexibility to adapt to both controlled and uncontrolled environments is necessary.
