Make a Difference
The Manager of Case Management provides onsite leadership to ensure that daily department operations function effectively and efficiently to meet the needs of all customer and regulatory groups. You will act as a consultant to ensure that the severity of illness and intensity of services interval criteria evaluations are completed on all patients as designated by Case Management goals. You will ensure that case managers assess plan and develop plans for patients based on recognized standards of practice for case management. You will support a culture of continuous quality improvement.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to demonstrate competency as a Case Manager exhibit teambuilding skills and effect change by assuming leadership roles in interdisciplinary teams.
