The Opportunity
Do you love building scalable secure and efficient infrastructure At Pitcrew AI were looking for a DevOps Engineer whos passionate about automation cloud architecture and platform reliability. Youll help scale the infrastructure behind our cuttingedge AI inspection systemssupporting global mining and heavy transport customers.
This is your chance to shape how we ship monitor and scale. From AWS to onprem youll work across cloud and hybrid environments to deliver performance and resilience at scale.
Your Role
Youll be the goto person for provisioning and evolving infrastructure using Terraform automating CI/CD in GitLab and owning observability across the stack. Youll collaborate with software ML and product teams to ensure fast secure and reliable deliverywhile baking in DevSecOps principles.
We run a hybrid of cloudnative and onprem environments. Youll support everything from ECS Lambda and SQS to virtual machines Juniper switches and firewalls.
What Youll Need for Success
- Solid experience in DevOps Site Reliability or Infrastructure roles
- Handson AWS skills (ECS Lambda SQS API Gateway)
- Strong IaC with Terraform and CI/CD with GitLab
- Docker and Kubernetes fluency
- Proficient scripting (Python Bash/Shell) in Linux environments
- Monitoring with Prometheus Grafana ELK or CloudWatch
- Securityfirst mindset and familiarity with IAM network security and supply chain risks
- Strong communicator who can collaborate across product and engineering
Bonus Points If
- Youve worked with ML/AI pipelines or highthroughput data systems
- Youve deployed and managed onprem infrastructure (Proxmox VMware Juniper/Cisco switches routers firewalls)
- Youre AWScertified or have deep cloud architecture experience
- You bring cost optimisation skills or FinOps experience to the table
