The Role
As the Senior Program Associate you will play a key role in supporting the nationwide rollout of activities under the Health and Nutrition pillar (IFA and NDD). Reporting to the National Program Manager you will collaborate with the Delhibased team to oversee all aspects of program implementation including strategic planning operations capacity building IEC community mobilization and program and financial management. You will also lead documentation and reporting for internal program management and travel to states to support and review programs spending about 20 of your time onsite.
You will work closely with the Delhi office team and state teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective of program objectives.
