Are you passionate about optimizing cloud solutions and ensuring seamless business operations As aBusiness Analyst Azure Platform you will play a crucial role in analyzing documenting and enhancing cloudbased solutions within Microsoft Azure. Youll work closely with engineering security and project management teams to align Azure cloud implementations with business needs and federal compliance requirements. What youll do:
- Assess cloud business processes and recommend optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders engineers and project managers to define system and business requirements for Azure cloud initiatives.
- Assist in ensuring cloud infrastructure aligns with FedRAMP NIST 80053 and DoD security requirements.
- Participate in Sprint Planning Backlog Grooming and Retrospectives ensuring alignment between technical teams and business goals.
- Serve as a key point of contact between government clients engineering teams and leadership facilitating clear project communication.
- Utilize JIRA Confluence and Power BI to track project progress manage risks and generate datadriven reports.
- Collaborate with cloud architects and engineers to address business needs related to Azure DevOps Virtual Machines Storage and Identity Management.
- Assist in the development of automated solutions for cloud provisioning and access control management.
- Support Azure cloud training initiatives ensuring enduser adoption and best practices.
- Identify potential risks compliance challenges and technical issues providing mitigation strategies.
What youll need to succeed:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis process improvement or IT project support including 2 years supporting Azure cloud environments.
- An active Secret security clearance with eligibility to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ900 or other relevant Azure certifications (preferred).
- Experience working with JIRA Confluence and Agile methodologies to manage technical projects.
- Knowledge of FedRAMP NIST 80053 and Risk Management Framework (RMF) for cloud security.
- Proficiency in Power BI Excel and reporting dashboards to support business decisionmaking.
- Strong ability to work with technical teams executives and government agencies to align business needs with cloud capabilities.

If a projected salary range is posted for this position it represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MetroStars total compensation.
Additional Compensation: This role may also be eligible for bonuses and/or additional incentives based on individual and company performance.
