As a Clinical Dietitian you will be responsible for the planning organization and implementation of nutritional care for individuals residing at Selinsgrove Center. Your duties will include participating in performance improvement programs and initiatives completing new and annual nutritional assessments and making recommendations to the physician regarding nutritional care and interventions. In this position you will collect information from charts medical records dietary records and by talking with residents medical staff and living area staff. You can expect to use the computerized nutritional management system to ensure residents receive meals consistent with their prescribed diet complete data entry for the selective menu program and assist in menu planning for special events and meals. Additionally you will attend a variety of team meetings and serve on the Dysphagia Committee.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Fulltime employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday Friday with a 30minute lunch.
- Travel and overtime as needed
- Free parking!

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Special Requirements:
- You must possess certification as a Registered Dietitian as defined by the Commission on Registration of the American Dietetic Association; or proof of eligibility for such certification.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment will requirea medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including but not limited to PA State Police and FBI clearance.
