- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during multiple projects
- Coordinate with various groups to ensure project success
- Collaborate with engineering teams to help ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new business
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations when necessary
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the companys services
- Bachelors degree in business administration civil engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in aviation with a focus on client management
- Strong working knowledge of electrical and civil engineering principles practices and regulations as it relates to aviation
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously while helping to meet deadlines
