About This Role
Metal Manufacturer located in Allegan MI is seeking to a CNC Machinist to their team. As a CNC Machinist youll be an essential part of a team that delivers highquality madetospec components across a range of industries. Youll work with advanced machinery tight tolerances and a supportive crew that values quality work and continuous improvement.
What Youll Be Doing as a CNC Machinist:
Set up operate and maintain CNC machines (mills lathes etc. according to job specifications
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings
Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced within required tolerances
Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools (calipers micrometers etc.
Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized workspace following all safety protocols
What you need CNC Machinist:
You have 2 years of CNC machining experience (or equivalent training)
Youre confident with reading technical drawings and using precision measurement tools
You have a strong eye for detail and take pride in producing topquality work
Youre a problemsolver who can think critically and adjust on the fly
You work well both independently and as part of a team
