Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Social Worker you will:
As a Licensed Social Worker you will:
- Provide clinical services including Bio/Psycho/Social assessments individualized treatment plans and behavioral support plans.
- Offer individual group and family counseling including support for substance use and cooccurring disorders.
- Collaborate on clinic growth initiatives contributing to the development of innovative programs.
- Build and strengthen relationships with community stakeholders to enhance client recovery resources.
- Support staff development through mentorship and knowledge sharing of best practices.
- Respond during crises to provide emergency intervention and support as needed.
- Contribute to operational efficiency and clientfocused service delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Masters degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Licenses/Certifications: LMSW LCSW LPC or equivalent (Michigan licensure required).
- Experience: Previous experience preferred but not requiredenthusiastic learners are welcome!
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for supporting others.
- Competencies: Adaptability problemsolving crisis management and a growthoriented mindset.
Work Schedule
- Fulltime salaried position with flexible scheduling to balance clinical and leadership responsibilities.
- Availability for emergency support during crises ensuring timely intervention for clients and staff.
