You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Family Services Practitioner to join our Family Services team based at Cranbourne on a full time ongoing basis. The Family Services Program supports families who are experiencing high levels of stress and difficulties that impact on parenting family life and childrens wellbeing. Responding to referrals from The Orange Door the program provides assertive outreach and homebased supports.
As a Senior Family Services Practitioner you will provide intensive case management support to families who present with a range of complex issues. The role will undertake risk and needs assessments of children and families and develop client focused Family Action Plans and Safety Plans. Working collaboratively with Child Protection the Senior Practitioner will support families to enhance parenting capacity family functioning and promote child safety.
