Based within the Colleague Experience team our Onboarding Team Leader role offers the unique opportunity to provide key support to colleagues when they join or leave our organisation. The role gives exposure to a wide range of stakeholders not only within Social Security Scotland but also the wider Scottish Government.
As the Onboarding Team Leader you will work as part of our team to ensure that the preemployment onboarding and offboarding activities for new and leaving colleagues are carried out in line with required guidelines and timescales. The skills and experience you bring will help us to continue to deliver a first class experience to our colleagues.

Experience:
Experience of managing a team within an operational resourcing environment
Working knowledge of the Oracle HR system to support the candidate / colleague journey

Working pattern
Our standard hours are 35 hours per week and we offer a range of flexible working options depending on the needs of the role. We embrace a hybrid working style where all colleagues will spend time in either our Glasgow or Dundee offices. There is an expectation of a minimum 2 days per week in your assigned location which will be either Glasgow or you have specific questions about the role you are applying for please contact us.

This role is only available to existing permanent civil servants who have successfully completed their probation period within Social Security Scotland or the broader Scottish Government.
