Schedule Weekly Hours:
40Gundersen Health System becoming Emplify Health is looking for a dedicated fulltime staff pharmacist to join our retail pharmacies in the La Crosse Clinic Pharmacy.
What youll do:
Deliver LOVE MEDICINE pharmaceutical care working 1.0 FTE 40 hours/week) primarily at our La Crosse locations with occasional shifts in Tomah and Prairie du Chien
Enjoy flexible scheduling options for day and evening shifts with rotating weekends & holidays
Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide appropriate counseling to patients
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care patient wellness and disease prevention
Review and interpret prescription orders to verify accuracy and appropriateness
Maintain accurate patient records including medication histories and interactions
Provide information and guidance to customers regarding overthecounter medications and healthrelated products

What youll need:
Bachelors degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
Immunization certification (ex. APhA PSW)
Pharmacist license to practice in the state of Wisconsin
Current InfantAdult Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
