Job Description
The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at Pawling is currently seeking a Staff Driver
Position Type: Parttime Hourly
Pay Rate: $17.50
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays 3 runs from Poughkeepsie to Pawling. 5am 1pm 9pm are the start times for the staff runs. MonFri for resident appointment runs as needed.
The Grand Healthcare is seeking a reliable and responsible Staff Driver to join our team! In this position you will be responsible for transporting staff from River Valley Poughkeepsie to Pawling and back. The role offers flexible hours while ensuring safe and timely transportation for staff to and from their shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Transport Staff: Safely transport staff from River Valley to Pawling and back for each scheduled shift.
Shuttle Staff at Shift Changes: Pick up staff at the beginning of shifts and return them after their shifts. For example transporting staff at the start of a shift 6 AM) and returning them at the end of their shift 2 PM).
Timeliness: Ensure staff are transported safely and on time to their shifts and back home.
Flexible Hours: Adapt to varying schedules with shift start times as early as 5 AM and end times as late as 6 AM on Sundays.
Staff Driver Requirements:
Valid Drivers License: A current valid drivers license is required.
Clean Driving Record: No traffic violations or points on driving record.
Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Flexible Availability: Must be available for weekend shifts and adaptable to varying start and end times.
Dependable & Responsible: Must be reliable and have strong problemsolving skills.
Team Player: Able to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to smooth operations.
