Job Description
This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the different vehicles on the lot. The Lot Attendant /Detailer moves and parks client vehicles in a manner that will ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility to increase client convenience and satisfaction as well as cleans & refurbishes new and preowned vehicles conforms to dealership and/or manufacturer specification & time allowances.

Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage at the applicable minimum wage rate $20.00 per hour.Benefits

Responsibilities
Retrieving the clients vehicle as notified by Management
Inspecting each vehicle to be delivered for lot damage that may have occurred during or before delivery
Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
Keeps new and usedvehicle lots neat and orderly moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
Cleans driveway and sidewalks
Drives vehicles to and from service lane service stalls and parking lot as needed.
Makes key tags for vehicles.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Providing excellent customer service
Inspecting vehicle for noticeable defects such as dents scratches torn upholstery
Restoring using appropriate materials
Wash wax and buff the vehicle clean interior and exterior windows
Applying specialpurpose cleaner to remove foreign materials
Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicle using appropriate cleaning agents applicators and cleaning devices
Clean engine and engine compartment with steamcleaning equipment
Apply dressing on tires and tire wells
Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles
Operate all tools in a safe manner by using proper eye hand & body protection
Report any safety issues immediately to management
Maintaining showroom and stock vehicles in clean & presentable conditions at all times
Qualifications
Ability to follow directions
Maintaining a valid CA drivers license/clean driving record immediately informing management of any change in license status
Ability to follow instructions
Positive attitude with a highenergy personality
Professional appearance and work ethic
Outstanding communication skills
