OVERVIEW:
The Clean and Sober Shelter provides a safe structured and closely monitored environment for unsheltered single adults experiencing homelessness. With a recoveryfocused orientation the shelter offers secure sleeping spaces nutritious meals and comprehensive case management to support participants in achieving housing stability. The Director reports to the Deputy Director of The Way Out and leads administrative and program operations of the 60bed facility. The goal of the program is to support participants transition to from residential drug treatment to permanent housing and selfsufficiency.
*Please note that role is not set to begin until June 2025*
