Position: Sales Consultant

Employment Type: FullTime
Pay: Commissionbased with 3 months of guaranteed income to help you ramp up

What Youll Be Doing
Connect with customers and respond promptly to leads through phone text email and inperson visits
Create an exceptional buying experience by listening closely and offering real solutions
Become a product expert so you can confidently explain vehicle features trims and options
Collaborate with teammates to hit goals and deliver consistent value to our customers
Grow dailylearn new skills refine your approach and keep leveling up your career
Who Were Looking For
Sales or retail experience is a plus especially in automotivebut were open to training the right person
Great communicator who can engage naturally and make others feel comfortable
Active listener with emotional intelligence and empathy
Organized dependable and able to manage multiple tasks without losing focus
Ambitious goaloriented and ready to put in the work to achieve big things
