Position Description: Fulltime 40 hours a week. MondayFriday may have to occasionally cover or make arrangements for an employee to cover weekend accounts in the case of calloffs. All fulltime employees receive the opportunity to sign up for medical benefits 401K with employer matching life insurance and holiday pay after 90 days of employment. Clearances are required.
Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities include:
- Training cleaners on ServiceMasters standards products processes and account specific tasks
- Oversee staff performance and ensures all assignments are completed in accordance to set task schedule
- Perform inspections give constructive performance feedback to staff members and complete nightly itineraries
- Assign shifts and make necessary adjustments for covering accounts in case of call off or no show
- Respond to customer complaints and requests in a timely and caring manner
- Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
- Use proper PPE where required
- Ensure all accounts have adequate supplies and submit supply orders as needed
- Opens and locks facilities enable and disable security systems as required.
- Must be able to communicate in English. Bilingual is a plus
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
- Constant (up to 100 standing walking pushing kneeling twisting reaching
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- 12 years supervisory experience preferred
- Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multitasked job is a must.
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
- Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform dependable and on time
- Treat all coworkers and customers with courtesy and respect
