About the role:
- Location: Woolpit
- Hours: 4 on 4 off Night Shift pattern 6pm6am this may vary)
The job:
We are looking for a Night Operations Manager on our Anglian Contract to take responsibility for the organisation planning of work for a team of operational staff out in the field dealing with planned and reactive work.
- Organise and plan workloads for a team of operational staff working on planned and reactive nighttime field operations.
- Oversee and ensure the safety and compliance of the vehicle fleet and operational equipment in line with relevant legislation.
- Ensure all work is delivered to high standards meeting strict timescales and procedural requirements.
- Maintain full compliance with health and safety regulations across all aspects of operations.
- Manage effective scheduling and communication to ensure all team members are informed and up to date.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Regional Managers to identify and support growth opportunities within the contract.
- Be officebased with flexibility to visit field sites as required to support operations and staff
About you:
- Previous Management/Supervisory experience
- Full UK Driving license no more than 6 penalty points
- Excellent IT Skills with the ability to use all Microsoft Programs
- Excellent Organisational and planning skills
- Experience in ensuring maximum productivity and optimum asset usage.
- Good understanding of Health and Safety.
