This position is responsible for the text and voicebased emergency notification announcements including evacuations and will be the liaison with Convention Services Managers (CSM) for show requirements client and contractor needs LVCVA partner and ambassador service calls.

Must have a valid Nevada drivers license at the time of appointment and maintain it during employment.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTATIONS
This position is expected to be the direct contact for all individuals on property and their requests. This interaction requires world class customer service at all times.

All ambassadors are expected to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of safe work practices and to comply with established rules policies procedures and regulations. In addition all ambassadors are responsible for eliminating and reporting hazards and incidents.
