This role requires a handson servicefocused individual with a flair for premium hospitality team leadership and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will bring energy creativity and a deep love for hospitality and customer service to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the restaurants daily operations ensuring smooth service and highquality standards.
Lead train and motivate a team of baristas and service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Maintain a strong floor presence and lead by example in service delivery presentation and hospitality.
Manage stock levels order supplies and work with suppliers to ensure freshness and quality.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Monitor and manage costs wastage and labour in line with budget goals.
Develop and implement service procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with marketing to drive promotions events and community engagement.
Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care to uphold the brands reputation.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or management role in a premium caf restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of specialty coffee brewing techniques and caf trends.
Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage and inspire a diverse team in a fastpaced environment.
Understanding of stock control ordering systems and basic financial reporting.
High attention to detail and a passion for quality service.
Flexibility to work weekends early mornings and public holidays as needed.
