Job Description

Join Regale Microwave Ovens Ltd as a Service Sales Administrator Apprentice and gain realworld experience in a dynamic fastpaced business environment. This role is perfect for someone eager to build key skills in customer service sales support and daytoday business operations.

PETA is proud to be recruiting for this exciting opportunity where youll work closely with the sales team to support customer relationships generate quickturnaround quotations and contribute to a growing customer base.

Training to be provided:

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 68 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.

About the role:

The Service Sales Administratorwill be responsible for the following duties:

  • Logging Service Calls: Accurately record and manage service calls for microwave oven repairs ensuring that all information is logged correctly in the system
  • Raising Invoices & Quotes: Create and send quotes and invoices using Sage for completed service calls ensuring all details are correct and in line with company procedures
  • Filing Service Calls: Maintain an organized filing system for all service call records ensuring easy access for future reference
  • Answering Telephone Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers assist with inquiries schedule service calls and provide information on the status of ongoing repairs
  • Using Online Portal: Use customers online portals to send invoices submit quotes and track service call progress efficiently
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns ensuring a smooth process from service call initiation to invoice completion
  • Raising order acknowledgements and invoices for finished goods.
  • Answering general telephone enquiries
  • Processing orders and other administrative tasks

Essential Skills:

It is essential that the Service Sales Administratorhas the following skills and personal qualities:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Word Excel etc. and comfortable using online portals and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade C / 4 are required
