Job Description
Summary
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in our dynamic family medicine healthcare setting where we provide comprehensive services for patients of all ages. As part of our team youll work closely with our experienced providers delivering toptier patient care encompassing assessment treatment and care planning. Utilizing your expertise in growth and development principles youll tailor care to meet each patients specific needs across their lifespan. Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team including Hospitalist Program nursing homes behavioral health specialists and home care programs youll ensure holistic patient care delivery. The position will be floating between locations: Hopkinton Warner and New London allowing for a variety of experience amongst a wide range of patients!
Education
Minimum requirements: Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing.
Certification Registration & Licensure
New Hampshire RN license required.
American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS Required.
Experience
Demonstrated ability to effectively and positively interact with a multidisciplinary staff patients and others. Phone triage and experience working in a medical practice preferred.
