You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to .

Job Summary

Please briefly describe the following: What is the purpose of this role. What is this job responsible for and why does this role exist

TheTotal Rewards Associate is responsible for completing administrative tasks for the Total Rewards team. This includes handling invoices and billing generating reports and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. The associate supports the team by maintaining databases preparing documentation and assisting with the implementation of various total rewards programs. Additionally they collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements and provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Total Rewards team.

Major Responsibilities

Provide 3 5 major responsibilities of the role and identify key activities within each area. Indicate the percentage of time normally spent on each major responsibility with the total equalling 100.

Supporting the Total Rewards team 100

  • Billing: Manage and process billing activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • General Ledger (GL) Reconciliation: Perform regular GL reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and uptodate.

  • Credit Card Payment Processing & LOA Agreements: Handle credit card payment processing for benefits related to leaves of absence (LOA). Manages incoming LOA Agreements from HCSC.

  • Data Management: Update and maintain data for dashboards ensuring information is current and accurate.

  • Reporting: Run analyze and share data reports to support decisionmaking processes.

  • Site Maintenance: Maintain and update Daily Hub sites to ensure they are functioning properly and meet organizational standards.

  • Process Formalization: Formalize processes into Word documents to standardize procedures and improve efficiency.

Educations & Professional Certification (Required and/or Preferred)

Work Experience

  • Related experience in HR ideally within a total rewards department.

  • Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams

  • Preference for strong Excel Alteryx and PowerBI skills
