Job Overview NeuLife Rehabilitation of Michigan provides rehabilitation and residential services for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Spinal Cord Injuries and Neurological Disorders. We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions enhancing employee experience and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within a fastpaced environment. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings screening resumes and coordinating interviews using platforms such as Taleo and employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively onboarded and integrated into the company employee records and maintain HR databases ensuring accuracy and workers compensation claims processing and assist employees with related affirmative action planning initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the with management on conflict management strategies to resolve workplace issues social media management skills to enhance employer branding and attract potential training sessions and professional development opportunities for in the implementation of HR projects that align with organizational goals.ExperienceProven experience in human resources or related fields is project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships across all levels of the of labor laws and regulations related to employment practices is a us in creating a supportive work environment where employees can thrive!Job Types: Fulltime ParttimePay: $18.00 $21.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:
