Job Description
The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager at Natchez Ford in Natchez Mississippi plays a crucial role in the dealerships sales process by overseeing financing options ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and selling products such as gap insurance extended warranties service contracts tired and wheel policies etc.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in the finance and insurance process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders to secure financing at competitive rates.
- Accurately complete all financing and leasing paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards related to the finance process.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.
- Sell additional products like gap insurance extended warranties service contracts.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financing options and lending practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detailoriented and organized.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in selling products like gap insurance extended warranties service contracts.
