- Eligibility for annual recognition and training meetings/events
- Extensive problemsolving order processing and helping to manage customer accounts
- Schedule service and delivery orders as needed
- Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team as needed
- Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Connect with web social media and telephone lead inquires
- Schedule sales appointments for our dedicated sales team
- Work with the sales department to increase leads appointments and sales
- Connect with existing customers to upgrade equipment and services
- Follow up with prospects and lead inquires to entice into next step of the sales funnel
- Assist with carrying out and implementing the companys marketing strategies
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into companys CRM platforms to track data
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of inside phone sales required
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word excel outlook)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
