Summary:
The AssistantCommunity Director is responsible for assisting the Community Director in theonsite general operations of the Community to include leasing resident relationsand maintenance coordination of the Communitys assets. The overall objectiveof the Assistant Community Director is assisting the Community Director toeffectively manage the community in the most costeffective manner possible inorder to achieve maximum net operating income.
