(Senior) Project Manager Building Consultancy im Bereich Real Estate/Immobilien (m/w/d)
Schwerpunkt Technical Due Diligence Projektmonitoring und Sustainability/ESG
Ihre Aufgaben
- Nach intensiver Einarbeitung Durchfhrung von Technischen Due Diligences (TDD) fr alle Nutzungsarten (Bro Wohnen Produktion Hotel etc.
- Untersttzung bei der Durchfhrung von Projektmonitorings bei Bau Umbau und Anmietungsvorhaben
- Projektmanagement und steuerung fr Neubau Sanierungsprojekte und Mieterausbauten
- Technische und immobilienwirtschaftliche Beratung von Eigentmern Investoren und Mietern z. B. fr Neubauprojekte und Repositionierungen
- Mitwirkung bei NachhaltigkeitsPrfungen Energieberatungen Klimarisikoanalysen ESGChecks etc.
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium zum Architekten Bauingenieur TGAPlaner oder Versorgungsingenieur (m/w/d)
- Idealerweise relevante Berufserfahrung z. B. in den Bereichen TDD Architektur TGAPlanung Projektentwicklung oder Projektsteuerung
- Gute technische (bauliche Gewerke TGA Brandschutz) sowie baurechtliche Kenntnisse (u.a. Bauordnungsrecht)
- Gute Ausdrucksfhigkeit zur Verfassung von Berichten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Gute Team und Kommunikationsfhigkeit
