Job Summary (Description of the role what success in the position looks like how it fits into the organization)
As the Sr. Analyst Finance Residential Services you will be a direct report of the finance leader for the residential services business an entrepreneurial business within Chamberlain Group. You will be responsible for providing financial guidance on key decision making developing and maintaining complex models to project longterm P&L performance and investment returns ensure we properly consider revenue recognition requirements coordinate with Accounting to ensure accurate reporting participate in the development of regular forecasts and annual budgets prepare insights on business performance and variance analysis manage and coordinate SG&A spend forecasts & budgets across multiple functional areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise & Community Leadership Finance and other Functional teams; work as the representative and point of contact between the Enterprise Business and the larger Finance Team
Develop and maintain sophisticated Excel based models for short and longterm P&L forecasting and business development which will be used to guide strategic direction and business planning
Support construction and maintenance of Community Life Term Value modeling
Drive the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for Enterprise & Community ensure budgets and forecasts are aligned with strategic direction and ensure compliance to planning calendar timelines
Complete ROI and breakeven projections on promotional pricing or other demand generation projects; work with Community leadership to develop and revise proposals; complete retrospective analysis to assess effectiveness and results
Analyze and track key drivers of business performance including both Hardware and Service Revenue activity
Review customer contracts to assess reporting requirements and Contract Value; establish standards for calculating reporting and tracking Contract Value
Work with internal and external Accounting experts to support the development of revenue recognition policies and practices; ensure compliance with those policies in reporting forecasting and budgeting
Oversee and ensure accuracy of all financial results analyses and forecasts; drive compliance to policies and controls; facilitate purchase order management and cost center budgeting
Work with multiple departments across Finance and IT to support and coordinate development of support function policies and practices supporting the Enterprise & Community businesses
Manage financial assessment and analysis of Enterprise strategic initiatives/objectives in partnership with GM; champion behaviors to achieve strategic initiatives provide recommendations and counsel to the GM on the efficacy of new initiatives and opportunities as the business explores growth opportunities
Lead Cost Center Planning across direct and indirect spend areas ensure SG&A forecasts/budgets align to strategic expectations track and analyze variances as needed

Minimum Qualifications
3 years of experience providing financial analysis and creating complex financial models in Excel
Experience building complex and wellcontrolled business case models using Excel
Experience with Revenue Recognition and Contract Analysis
Experience with ERP systems and planning tools
Experience in deploying investment support decisionmaking metrics such as IRR NPV etc.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
Preferred Qualifications
CPA strongly preferred
Masters in Business Administration
Product or service costing
Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) products and businesses
SAP and Business Intelligence
Microsoft Power BI experience
The payrange/rate of pay for this position is $81500.00 $132725.00 ; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including but not limited to the position offered location education training and/or experience. In addition to base pay also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a shortterm incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
