We are hiring: Client Advisor Supervisor Swings Passages

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package for employees working 30 hours per week starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment:

PTO

  • Accrual: Start accruing PTO from your first paycheck. Fulltime 40hour) employees with 02 years of employment accrue 4.65 hours per pay period totaling 15 days a year.
  • Increased Accrual with Tenure: Accrual rates increase at 3 years 5 years and every subsequent 5year mark up to 25 years.
  • Pro Rata Basis: Accrual rates for employees working 2030 hours per week are on a pro rata basis.

Starting Wage

  • Salary: The starting salary for this position is $21.00$23.00 per hour depending on experience.
  • Differential: 8 shift differential for overnights position.

Schedule

  • Standard Hours: Swings 311pm specific days to be discussed upon offer.

Training

  • Orientation: Alternatives provides thorough orientation and training for all new staff. You can expect a oneweek orientation where you will learn all about Alternatives and be prepared for your role. This first week is scheduled from 9 AM to 5 PM at our Alternatives Training Center.
  • Training week: Following orientation you will undergo a oneweek training period to be prepared for your new position this will continue the 9am5pm schedule. After concluding your first two weeks you will the move into your offered schedule.

To be a successful Client Advisor Supervisor you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in corrections law enforcement and/or social services with a background in supervising employees.
  • Education: High School Diploma (Undergraduate degree preferred).
  • Licensing: Valid drivers license.
  • Compliance: Ability to pass a federal drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct employees during assigned shifts.
  • Oversee all areas of the security department.
  • Assist the Operations Supervisor and serve as a backup when necessary.

Our security team consisting of Client Advisors InCharges SROs and Supervisors is led by the talented Operations Supervisor at Passages. With over 15 years at the Agency she began her journey as a Client Advisor and has worked diligently to build the successful operations team we have today.

Together they ensure smooth operations and a safe environment for our residents and staff. They look forward to welcoming you to the team soon!

What You Will Do in This Position:

As a Client Advisor Supervisor you will oversee operations functions during your assigned shift. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Guiding and training employees.
  • Facilitating staff development.
  • Administering disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensuring all required security functions are completed within specified timeframes.
  • Upholding SOPs and policies at all times.
  • Attending and leading meetings as assigned.
