Ideally located on Salamanca Place and close to the waterfront Peppina is the heart of Hobarts Parliament Square complimenting Tasmanias newest luxury hotel The Tasman.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals for Demi Chefroles to assist with the ofMassimo Meles menuwhich gives Italian cuisine a local Tasmanian menu hasa produce driven philosophy simple uncomplicated and seasonally changing using quality ingredients where the local produce is hero.
OurDemi Chefteam members will have previous experience in a similar position and:
- Enjoy connecting with growers and showcasing local produce
- Have genuine passion for cooking and celebrating hospitality
- Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
- Great time management skills and ability to multitask
- Able to execute dishes of extremely high quality
- Work cleanly and safely to health and safety standards
- Full working rights in Australia
