About the Role
Leap29 are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join an exciting client of ours in Gothenburg. In this role you will be responsible for technical analysis simulations and design of lifting and transport equipment. You will work on mechanical and hydraulic systems collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative and efficient engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical and hydraulic systems for lifting and transport equipment.
- Perform technical analyses and simulations to ensure structural integrity safety and efficiency.
- Use CAD software (AutoCAD Inventor or similar) for 2D/3D modelling and design documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project requirements are met.
- Support testing installation and commissioning of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Maritime or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD Inventor or similar.
- Experience with technical analyses and simulations related to lifting and transport equipment.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings schematics and technical specifications.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Scandinavian
