MoCo ReConnect is a program that provides comprehensive support for 1624yearolds who have experienced trauma and are disconnected from education or employment often facing housing instability. The program offers a safe and inclusive space where participants can access essential services including mental health support GED preparation temporary lodging nutritious meals laundry facilities showers and opportunities to relax. MoCo ReConnect also fosters a supportive community environment particularly for LGBTQIA individuals in collaboration with Montgomery County Collaboration Council (MCCC) and other partners.
What to expect.
We are seeking a licensed social worker or counselor to provide clinical services to assigned clients at a school or at MoCo Reconnect Center. You will be responsible for providing direct clinical services to a caseload of 812 clients. This role operates on a MondayFriday schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Provide clinical assessment and treatment services to assigned clients including individual family and group psychotherapy crisis intervention and treatment planning.
- Maintain proficiency in multiple evidencebased therapeutic modalities that address each clients unique needs.
- Complete and maintain all required clinical documentation in a timely manner ensuring adherence to Sheppard Pratts documentation policies and procedures.

What we need from you.
- Must be licensed in Maryland as a:
- Licensed Certificated Social Worker Clinical (LCSWC)
- Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
The pay range for this position is $62400 minimum to $87838 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to license and years and level of related experience.
