Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Educational qualification:
Engineering degree in Electrical or Power Systems computer science or proven experience in software product ownership.
Experience:
Minimum of 1012 years of professional work experience
Mandatory/requires Skills:
- Product Owner for gridscale energy storage systems work crossfunctionally with hardware and software engineering and product management teams to understand and execute the customer OS and grid application development plan.
- Demonstrate a continued understanding of energy storage systems commissioning and services and grid code requirements to provide differentiated offerings in the market.
- Translate the product requirements into actionable epics and user stories for the software development agile team(s) plan and manage the software development tasks from start to finish.
- Ensure that the product meets the customers needs and delivers value support the agile team manage the backlog and optimize the value of the product.
Educational qualification:
Engineering degree in Electrical or Power Systems computer science or proven experience in software product ownership.
Experience:
Minimum of 1012 years of professional work experience
Mandatory/requires Skills:
- 2 year of product owner experience in Agile process.
- Strong system view of integrated system and process.
- Good knowledge of grid following and grid forming applications or a proven record of learning and grasping new domains quickly.
- Knowledge of grid interconnections agreements is a plus.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems and communicate results.
- Ability to review contracts and technical requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational competencies.
- Work closely with the agile team to ensure the team is building the right product in the most efficient way possible.
- Work collaboratively with the product management team to meet applicable standards including the associated cost and cycle time.
- Analyze internal and external customer requirements on project opportunities and the product roadmap.
- Create epics and user stories out of requirements. Manage and prioritize Agile teams backlog. Accept or reject the work for release.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of the technical commercial documentation related to the product in coordination with the different stakeholders.
- Support the product management and sales team in delivering technical presentations and demos to customers.
- Lead the of multigeneration product plans by summarizing and prioritizing emerging customer / market requirements and gathering competitive intelligence.
