Job Description
Civil Designer Experience Needed:
- Civil Engineering Degree. BS or MS.
- 7 plus years minimum experience prefer 10 plus years experience.
- 5 plus years of drafting experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Concrete experience (repairs paving grading)
- Surveying (LiDAR drones GPS total stations 3D laser scanner)
- Drone mapping . Experience in creating accurate to scale aerial photograph of a facility.
- Candidate must have the ability to retrieve field data measurements and other information to produce drawings for structures assemblies site plans and Utilities in AutoCAD format.
- Knowledge in the use of Total Station robotic instrument used to collect topographic data produce drawings and perform site layouts a plus but not required.
- Underground utilities
- Wastewater treatment
- Geometry and mathematical knowledge
- Must be willing to travel. 90
Responsibilities
- Assist CM and Roving construction in retrieving field data and performing site building surveys
- Produce drawings from field recovered data and surveys under the direction of the CM.
- Maintain updated network filing systems for all drawings produced.
- Edit construction plans to produce as built drawings for all projects upon completion.
- Produce and bind drawing sets for RFQ process when needed.
