Project / Program:State Health Information Network for New York (SHINNY)
This position will support cloud support services such as cloud integration technical assistance cloudbased analytic and security programs and training for Dept personnel on the use of cloudbased tools.
Day to Day Tasks:
The Systems Architect will design and implement serviceoriented architecture platform as a service infrastructure as a service and software as a service using IBM DataPower WSO2 API Manager and WSO2 Identity Manager.
The Systems Architect will design and implement secure applications using security APIs transport and message layer security encryption and decryption algorithms for data security SAML single sign OAuth and multifactor authentication.
The Systems Architect will be the main technical architect on projects that require a thorough understanding of systems architecture engineering administration configuration troubleshooting performance tuning and preventative maintenance and security procedures.
The Systems Architect will perform XSLT programming to create custom stylesheets for IBM DataPower perform application load balancing using Kemp Application delivery controller and initiate application deployment and monitoring using continuous integration systems and application monitoring tools.
The Systems Architect will architect develop and debug Java applications.
The Systems Architect will create diagrams and documentation for application and infrastructure architecture.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Systems Architect Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e. a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement including a breakdown of the system into components the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment especially the user) and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.
Expert 84 months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Requested Qualifications:
84 months of experience architecting serviceoriented architecture platform as a service infrastructure as a service and software as a service using IBM DataPower WSO2 API Manager and WSO2 Identity Manager.
84 months of experience designing secure applications using security APIs transport and message layer security encryption and decryption algorithms for data security SAML OAuth multifactor authentication.
84 months of experience as lead technical architect on technical projects designing systems architecture and managing configuration troubleshooting performance tuning and preventative maintenance and security procedures.
36 months of experience with designing native cloud systems using services in AWS.
36 months of experience with application deployment and monitoring using continuous integration systems and application monitoring tools.
