TMobile has an exciting opportunity for an attorney to join its Legal Team and work at one of its corporate headquarters in Overland Park KS Bellevue WA or Frisco TX primarily supporting telecommunication transactions.

What youll do in your role.

• Negotiate draft and revise complex commercial agreements in diverse telecommunications areas such as backhaul/transport roaming small cells and interconnection.
• Serve as trusted advisor for internal business clients across a range of crossfunctional teams.
• Advise on a broad range of strategic legal and business matters.
• Provide businesspractical solutions. Advise the business in assessing shortterm tradeoffs in the context of broader strategic imperatives.
• Drive departmental initiatives including the development or redesign of legal support processes to increase efficiency and better align to the needs of the business.

The experience youll bring.

• 24 years of experience as a corporate transactional or licensing attorney with top law firm and/or relevant inhouse experience
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong sense of pride in work product
• Juris Doctor from an accredited university
• Current bar membership (in good standing) in at least one U.S. state; eligibility for admission to Washington Kansas or Texas bar
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to interact with senior management with strong executive maturity
• Keen pragmatic business sense with solid judgment and analytical skills including the ability to translate the needs of senior leaders into action
• Ability spot to thrive in a fastpaced environment
• Ability to work independently and efficiently meet demanding deadlines and balance multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with ambiguous and everchanging priorities
• Demonstrated ability to mentor others and lead complex projects and high impact initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with legal and business professionals with a variety of personalities in a complex organization
• Provide resultsoriented practical advice in a timely manner
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Desire and ability to work as part of a team
• Experience in telecommunications is preferred

Base Pay Range: $123200 $222200

Corporate Bonus Target: 15

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
