The Sr Analyst plays a key role in driving datadriven decisionmaking within the Product Marketing Team at TMobile. This role is responsible for analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to uncover critical insights that inform strategic and operational decisions. Leveraging analytical techniques business intelligence tools and data mining methodologies this candidate will deliver customercentric recommendations that shape product and marketing strategies. This role collaborates closely with crossfunctional teams including Product Management and Strategy teams. Additionally this role is responsible for designing and developing reporting structures & analytics solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with various teams across the TMobile to provide product/industry/competitive insights analysis and recommendations that deliver datadriven optimized experiences.

  • Serve as a key point of contact in providing data and reporting solutions to drive enterprise results including reports dashboards visuals and selfservice environments. Define product feature and campaign success metrics and benchmarks.

  • Utilize analytical and modeling capability to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization.

  • Present findings to stakeholders providing datadriven recommendations to influence marketing strategies.

    Create holistic dashboards from different data sources for presentations to senior management.

  • Early involvement in enterprise projects to define reporting needs & incorporating those needs into the system design

    Monitor and synthesize a variety of metrics and industry news and effectively communicate analysis and insights to a wide range of audiences including to senior management (in verbal and written forms)

  • Respond and produce additional ad hoc reporting analysis requests and assignments as required.

  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Data analysis data science similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required)

Work Experience:

  • 47 years of working experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches. Required)
  • 47 years of working experience reporting and analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau Power BI etc.
  • 47 years of experience working with relational databases using SQL and data querying cleaning wrangling working with common relational and nonrelational databases in big data environments such as Azure AWS and Google Cloud. Required)
  • Experience working with Python or R programming for data analysis and automation Preferred)
  • Telecom Experience Preferred)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Data Analysis : Exceptional at using wide ranging datasets to deliver broad analysis and insights to maximize value creation and return on investment (Required)
  • Problem Solving : Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to break down complex business challenges and develop datadriven solutions. (Required)
  • Communication : Ability to manage relationships influence and communicate complicated analysis logic and solutions in a clear and concise manner and provide decision support analysis and recommendations that help to drive effective of initiatives. (Required)
  • Financial Modelling: Experience with financial modeling including forecasting revenue analysis and costbenefit assessments to support business decisions (Required)

Base Pay Range: $80800 $145700

Corporate Bonus Target: 15

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
