The successful candidate:
must have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) preferred or licensed practical nurse (LPN).CurrentCPRcertificationis desired.
preferablyhasexperience as a charge nurse orother nursing leadership position orhasa minimumoftwo yearsofexperiencein long term care working as a floor nurse or like position.
has a thoroughunderstanding of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilitiesand how to apply them in planning problem solving and directing your team
bringsexcellent assessment planning organizationcommunication team buildingand interpersonal skills with an understanding ofperson centeredcare.
